★★★★★5.0 · 200+ women

You don't want another diet. You want to sit at a dinner table — full, present, unbothered — and feel at peace in your own skin.

Not the tightness after meals. Not the holding in during photos. Not the quiet panic when someone glances at your stomach. You've spent years running this loop — and it's cost you more mental energy than any diet ever could. You're ready to stop managing a body part that has never once felt safe, and learn how to come home to it.

You've spent years at war with a body that was never your enemy — and you're exhausted in a way no one else can see.

Holding yourself in at the dinner table. Sucking your stomach in in photos. Avoiding certain outfits, certain angles, certain moments — all without even realising you're doing it anymore. It runs so quietly you've stopped hearing it — but it never stops running.

You've tried to fix it. Control. Restriction. Fresh starts. And maybe it worked — for a while. But the belly kept pulling you back into the same fight — and each time, you blamed yourself. More discipline. More consistency. More control. As if you were the problem. You never were. The belief that you were the problem — that's what's been keeping you at war.

The problem was never willpower. No one ever taught you how to listen to what your body was actually saying — because the world only ever showed you how to control it. Listening was never offered to you as an option — until now.

"In ten years of working with women around food and body, I've never met one who needed more control. Every one of them needed more connection."

— Alva Roos, food scientist & somatic coach

Now imagine a different version of you — one who isn't fighting.

She sits down after a meal and her belly softens — and she doesn't flinch. She doesn't adjust. She just breathes.

She looks in the mirror and sees a body that carried her through everything — not a problem to fix, but a home to return to.

That version of you isn't a fantasy. She's who you become when you stop fighting and start listening.

You came here because some part of you already knows — not another diet, not more discipline, but the thing underneath all of it. You can spend another year holding it in, avoiding every mirror, negotiating with every outfit. Or you can do the one thing you've never actually tried: stop fighting, and start listening.

Your belly doesn't need to be fixed.

It needs to feel safe enough to be heard.

About the Creator

ALVA ROOS

Alva Roos is a food science graduate, somatic coach, and the creator of the Belly Repair Intensive — a method that has helped over 200 women end the war with their belly and come home to their bodies.

Her framework draws on nervous system education, somatic movement, and a decade of clinical work with women around food, body image, and emotional eating. But it started closer to home.

For years she held her stomach in at every dinner, every beach holiday, every social situation that felt like a test. She tried restriction, mindset work, and every framework she could find. The one thing that finally changed it was the thing no one had offered her: slowing down long enough to listen to what her belly was actually holding.

"I built this course because I needed it first. The belly was the last place I learned to soften — and softening it changed everything."

WHAT DOES ENOUGH MEAN?

Belly Repair isn't only about the stomach. It's about the relationship we've built with fullness.

This short audio explores the word enough — and why understanding it changes the way we relate to food, our bodies, and ourselves.
