THE FIT BY FOOD
METHOD
A structured process for women who are tired of fighting themselves. Each step rebuilds safety, awareness and trust with the body.
— The Journey
Three stages. One continuous transformation.
Nourish
Food as medicine
Rebuild the physical foundation through plant-based abundance.
Regulate
Mind & body reconnection
Reconnect mind and body, dissolve patterns beneath the surface.
Integrate
Deep, lasting change
Anchor a new identity. Change stops being something you do.

Step 1
Diet
Change what you overeat, not how much
Module one is about changing the outer circumstances (diet) while ensuring you can still overeat and lose weight. Plant-based nutrition is what I preach – foods naturally designed by the earth to nourish us. With knowledge collected from over ten years of experience and a bachelor degree in nutrition, I've come up with easy and effortless ways to help you transition over to a vibrant and tasty rainbow diet. No focus on calories. You can still snack! This is how I lost 40 pounds in a year while still binging and no exercise.
High-carb, plant-based, deeply satisfying.

Step 2
Habits
From unconsciousness to awareness
Module 2 is about building safety, awareness, and self-leadership in your body and nervous system. Here, the focus shifts from what you eat to how and why patterns around food, habits, and regulation are formed. This module helps you understand your inner signals, strengthen your awareness muscle, and develop a more stable and compassionate relationship with your body. Instead of forcing change, you learn how habits actually shift when the body feels safe enough to participate. Through psychology, somatic practices, and embodied exercises, you begin to notice unconscious patterns and respond to them with clarity rather than reactivity. Module 2 creates the internal foundation that makes sustainable change possible — not through control, but through understanding, presence, and repetition.
Nervous system, habits, emotional patterns.

Step 3
Healing
Address the root cause of emotional eating
Module three is the core root to our eating behavior. Here we explore the concept of inner child, inner critic/protector, triggers and so much more. We learn about needs and self-soothing. When we get to this point this can really transform, not only the relationship to your body, but also yourself as a person. Self-love can start to sprout and unfold, without any will to make it happen. Organically, love can take over.
Identity, beliefs, and the life you've been postponing.

"For the first time, I understood why I kept eating even when I didn't want to."

A Personal Note
A Path To Food Freedom
If you've spent years trying to fix your eating, your weight, or your body, I want you to know that I understand that experience personally.
For many years, I believed that the answer was simply more discipline, more knowledge, or finding the perfect approach. Yet despite everything I had learned, there were still moments when food felt confusing, emotional, and difficult to navigate.
That experience led me to ask a deeper question:
Why do so many women know what to do, yet still feel stuck?
The answer led me far beyond nutrition. Into psychology, behavior, emotions, self-worth, nervous system regulation, and the relationship we have with ourselves.
Fit by Food was created to bring these pieces together.
My hope is that you leave these teachings with a renewed sense of hope for the future. Hope that food no longer occupies the same space in your mind. Hope that your body becomes a place you enjoy living in. Hope that health feels like a source of energy, freedom, and self-respect.
More than anything, I hope you come to see that your eating behaviors were never evidence that something was wrong with you. They were part of your story. And perhaps, in an unexpected way, they were also part of the path that brought you back to yourself.
Because there comes a moment when food stops being a daily struggle and starts becoming an ally. A source of nourishment. A source of vitality. A source of trust.
My wish for you is that you walk away from this work feeling empowered in your choices, connected to your body, and deeply confident in your ability to care for yourself.
That you move through the world with a sense of reverence for what food can provide, gratitude for what your body is capable of, and trust in the woman you are becoming.
And that one day, you realize there was never any going back.
Because you have seen too much.
Learned too much.
Experienced too much.
You carry a new understanding of yourself, your body, and your relationship with food.
And from that place, an entirely new chapter becomes possible.
